The law firm ALVES & MARTINOT was founded in 2012 by Me Elisabeth ALVES and Me Christilla MARTINOT.Our firm was founded with the intention of providing high quality services, tailored to the specific needs of every client, both in terms of advice and litigation.Our firm specializes in corporate, banking and financial law, commercial law, competition law as well as in civil and labor law.Over these last years, we have built-up a solid expertise in banking and financial areas, while working on numerous complex and international cases, notably regarding investment funds.We also specialize in banking and financial litigation (bankers’ liability, depositary banks, and all service providers operating for unregulated investment vehicles: PFS, auditors, directors etc., banking secrecy and delivery versus payment systems).We assist and advice our clients for all transactions pertaining to corporate law, unregulated investment vehicles, securitization vehicles, starting from the designing of new establishment projects until the practical implementation of chosen options.Our firm also specializes in European law, including public procurement, EU law contracts (services, supply, works etc.) and Staff Regulations. We draft contracts and also assist in respect of litigation. Furthermore, we represent and assist our clients before the Court of Justice of the European Union.
