De Bok Roijers Gasseling
Founded in February 1997 by Raymond de Bok, Jacques Roijers and Bob Gasseling, our firm has grown steadily into what today is a medium-sized team of ambitious and professional lawyers with an understanding of the needs and expectations of our clients. The client base of De Bok Roijers Gasseling comprises mid and large-sized enterprises. Our firm believes that a lawyer must be able to advise on all aspects of business organisation. To achieve this objective, all our attorneys have undertaken general legal training as well as training in their specialised fields. This enables them to give top-level advice, without the problem of a lack of knowledge outside their specialised fields. The more experienced senior lawyers and partners within De Bok Roijers Gasseling have all successfully completed specialist training at the highest level. The individual specialisations of our lawyers can be found in their personal profiles elsewhere on this website.De Bok Roijers Gasseling attaches great importance to long-term personal contact. This means that in principle a client will always be in contact with the same lawyer, whilst at the same time being able to take best advantage of all the specialisations within the firm. The fine reputation of De Bok Roijers Gasseling as a law firm means we can work closely alongside other service providers such as accountants, tax advisors and civil-law notaries, without these being tied to our firm. The advantage of this is that we can guarantee independent advice. Where required, we are able to obtain advice for you from these service providers, with most of whom we have enjoyed a long association based on trust and quality.De Bok Roijers Gasseling is a member of JCA International (http://www.jca-lawyers.com/), a Europe-wide network of business lawyers. Membership enables us to advise you in matters unconnected with Dutch law. We are also able to refer you to firms abroad, and to lawyers we know personally.
