We also counsel clients concerning reductions in labor force, employee transfers, non-competition and other supplementary agreements, reorganizations and outsourcing, employee benefit schemes and share options, as well as other employment matters. We also assist our clients in developing and implementation of their HR strategy and policy. We deal with employment issues arising in connection with mergers and acquisitions, including post-integration phase. We provide a service to businesses operating in Lithuania which wish to employ foreign nationals. We advise on obtaining permits allowing employees to stay and work in Lithuania.Litigation and dispute resolutionWe represent our clients in the core areas of corporate, property, tax and intellectual property dispute resolution. Our attorneys are admitted to litigate in the courts of all instances of the Republic of Lithuania.
